Qatar emir vows continued support for Yemen's sovereignty Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani pledged ongoing backing for peace and stability in Yemen, as well as support for its unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity. The messaged was relayed to Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad al-Alimi in response to an earlier letter on bilateral ties and developments in Yemen, the Saba news agency reported.
