Ukraine braces for winter power crisis after Russian strikes, Zelensky says

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned Saturday that Ukraine faces a winter with virtually no working thermal power plants after overnight Russian strikes killed four people, including a three-year-old child. Speaking in Belgrade, he said the latest attacks and shelling of frontline communities had killed 13 people in 24 hours.
