Amnesty International: Libyan authorities 'are more and more violent towards migrants'
NGOs are accusing the European Union of being "complicit in horrific violations and abuses in Libya". Amnesty International in particular says the EU is effectively cooperating with what it calls a xenophobic and racist country.
