Mecca pact's first trilateral meeting to be held in Istanbul on Monday The first meeting under the defence pact signed by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, known as the Mecca Agreement, will be held in Istanbul on Monday, according to the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
